Procedure

In main vessel combine the water, disodium EDTA and mix with medium speed propeller agitation while. Prepare a slurry of glycerin, butylene glycol, and xanthan gum, add to main vessel, continue mixing and begin heating to 80˚C, hold at temperature for 30 minutes. In a side kettle, combine phase B ingredients and heat to 80˚C. Mix until uniform. Slowly add phase B to phase A and mix with medium propeller agitation for 15 minute, begin cooling. Slowly add phase C to main vessel continue mixing, continue cooling. Add remaining phase D while mixing. Shutdown when batch reaches 32˚C.
